What is 3x3?

This event is a fast-paced streetball game that consists of only 1 hoop on a half court.

Teams

It has 2 teams of 3 players and 1 sub.

Pace

Talk about a fast-paced streetball session. With only 10-minutes of play & a 12-second shot-clock your head has to be in the game.

Keep in mind there are no breaks after scoring, no half time or quarters. Its go and keep going!

Scoring

Its your classic streetball at the park type situation as the game is over when one team reaches 21 points. Field goals are counted as 1 or 2 points.

If you hit overtime, the first team to make the next 2 points wins. Boom!

Court Type

A standard 3x3 playing court is 15m wide x 11m long with a standard basketball lines and markings.

Scoring

Inside the arc & free throws count as 1 point. Shot from behind the arc counts as 2 points.

Basketball Type

A smaller ball has been designed for this fast paced sport and allows much better grip and control over the ball.

This basketball is not your average size basketball though. Even though it is a smaller sized basketball, it still weighs the same as a size 7.

The ultimate combo basketball in size, weight and grooves for any streetballer.
